OUR TEAM
“Arch” start-up team was established in 2018 as a knowledge-based group in the field of design, development, and supervision of construction projects in Iran. The team came together to address a range of real-world problems and related research gaps. By 2020 we succeeded in achieving our goals and producing a promising multifunction hydraulic drilling. Our work received multiple national awards. We strongly believe that these advantages will attract global industry players, investors, and even competitors to our “SMART BAR” system.
VISION
Transforming university knowledge and experience into industrial products by relying on national effort and in order to removal the engineering community needs. Managers and specialists of "Arch Company" believe that what they have achieved in their researches, they provide to specialists and other colleagues in completing engineering needs. Therefore, "Arch" wants to be a leading and active company in the field of national industry, a motivated organization with sustainable success. "Arch" intends improve constantly the quality and organizational processes through efforts.

- Research and new products: achieving success is always dependent on research. “Arch” company is a knowledge-based group, which is formed of gathering academics and looking towards the future is one of our duties.
- Presenting desirable products and society needs: Our goal is to produce and present products that society needs. Solving employers and contractors requests is the main mission of “Arch”.
- Quality improvement: every employee and manager of “Arch” is trying to increase the quality of company’s products and services. “Arch” should excel in the field of quality, a choice that wherever the name “Arch” was mentioned, the image of quality would be shaped in people’s minds.
- Consumer rights observance: We feel responsible towards our employees, contractors and society. Therefore, always consider their needs, criticisms and suggestions.

- Human principles: We are a company that does not only think about profitability. Our duty is to meet the needs of society based on ethical principles and engineering belief. We have a duty to put management standards, environmental standards, production principles, packaging and other country current regulations in our agenda.
